We want you to love your gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging. Please include all tags and ensure the yoga mat or accessory is securely boxed.

• 3.
  Ship to Manduka EU

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
