Where does Manduka EU ship to and what are the costs?
We ship to most countries within the European Union and EEA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region; standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a specific threshold depending on your location.
How do I 'break in' my new PRO Series yoga mat?
The surface of our PRO Series mats improves with use. The best way to break it in is through daily practice, but you can accelerate the process by applying a sea salt scrub: sprinkle coarse sea salt over the mat, let it sit for 24 hours, and remove with a damp cloth.
What is your return policy for items purchased in Europe?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, yoga mats and towels cannot be returned once the plastic wrap has been removed.
Are Manduka products environmentally friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. Our PRO Series is OEKO-TEX certified and emissions-free, our eKO Series is made from biodegradable natural tree rubber, and our apparel uses recycled polyester and organic cotton.
How do I clean and maintain my yoga mat?
For daily cleaning, use Manduka Mat Wash & Refresh. For a deeper clean of our open-cell mats (eKO series), use a diluted vinegar solution. Never soak your mat in water or put it in the washing machine as it can damage the materials.
